Simplicity

By way of necessity, I have surrended to the blog.
Blogging has always been a bit mysterious to me, the why, but over the last year and as my fourth child entered my home, my need for simplicty has increased.

I have a strong desire to preserve the memories of daily life, more than just a snapshot can provide and more quickly and less expensively than scrapbooking. I tend to be slow in my inspiration and compulsive in my buying, neither is efficient or good stewardship.

I also desire to keep my family more intimately connected to what is happening in our lives since we live so far away. After a long time of just feeling like it was all futile, I had an epiphony after reading through a blog belonging to a dear friend of mine.
What a great tool to accomplish both things.

So,here goes…. an experiment in simplicity.
